Q. What do I need to do to get started?
A. Contact us to setup an account. Once your account is activated send us your files via FTP so we can take a look. If you've never used FTP before don't worry, it's very easy! You can download 'Filezilla' here. This is our prefered FTP client but your weclome to use any other FTP software you feel comfortable with using. We'll then give you a low price quote, take a payment and start the rendering process.
Q. Can I see a text example to check your system works?
A. Sure. If your still not sure then just give us a call.
Q. How do I prepare my project for rendering?
A. Simply setup your scene as you would do so for rendering locally. As our service is fuilly managed we'll make sure that all the paths are mapped correctly.
Q. How do I receive my completed work?
A. We'll upload your files onto our sever and you can simply login via FTP and download them at your convenience.
Q. How do I make a payment?
A. All our payments are securely managed online by RBS WorldPay. we accept Mastercard, JCN, Maestro, Solo, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electon.
Q. Why do you offer a fully managed service?
A. In our experience rendering scenes through remote farms can be technically flawed. There's simply no substitute for having a dedicated account manager managing your projects to make sure the rendering process runs smoothly. This is especially prevalent when there are tight deadlines to meet.
Q. Do you have a remote web interface for your clients to use?
A. No. We don't cut costs at the expense of our clients requirements. We personally manage your projects to make sure you receive the most reliable and professional service.
Q. Are my files kept safe? How is my intellectual property and data protected?
A. All the information held by us on behalf of our clients is protected on secure servers. This data is stored securely within your account and is only used on our render nodes. Our render nodes are located in an accredited data center. Files are encrypted. Firewalls are in place. Offsite daily backups are made and we have round the clock security to protect our systems.
